Nigerian music superstar popularly known as Runtown has found a reason to rejoice today as a Federal High Court has stopped Eric Many from interfering in his music career after months of a court battle.
Its a sigh of relief at the moment for the MAD OVER cronie as he wins the court case filed against him by former record label, Eric Many.
In a judgment delivered by a Federal High Court Abuja on Friday 23rd January, Runtown’s former record label, Eric Many has been restrained from interfering in the singer’s affairs.
In the judgment passed byJustice O.A Musa, it was ordered that the restraining order placed on Runtown from performing be immediately suspended while Eric Many was also restrained from enforcing the suspended orders of the court.
Runtown has in the last two years been entangled in a battle with his former record label, Eric Many but today was a day to celebrate for him as he took to his Instagram page to post a screenshot of a vanguard newspaper headline about his victorious court case with a caption:ABLE GOD !!!!!!! #VICTOR
Runtown and his label, Eric Many led by billionaire businessman, Okwudili Umenyiora have been in court since 2018 when his contract expired and today the two can finally part ways after months of being in and out of courtroom,
