The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari arrives Lagos about an hour ago on working visit to commission some of the projects presently going on in the state.
The president arrived Lagos on a one-day working visit to the state today April 24th. He was received at the Presidential Wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos by the state Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, Gov. Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State, Gov. Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State and Deputy Governor of Edo, Mr. Phillip Shuaibu.
Others were Lagos State Governor-Elect, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, his deputy, Mr Obafemi Hamzat as well as top security chiefs.
The president who long arrival has been expected in the state has been slated to commission some of the recent projects such as the new Ayinke House, the Oshodi Transport Interchange, Murtala Mohammed International Airport Road and the 820 medium/high capacity Transport Buses.
Ayinke House boasts of state-of-the-art equipment including 30 incubators with automatic oxygen delivery capacity, neonatal life support, five operating theatres, and oxygen plants.
